Very nice stay, quiet place. Welcoming service, budget queen room with tv's, bedroom plus 2 sets of bunk beds. Very welcoming and incredibly nice staff, always with a smile. Incredible location in the very comfortable area, just off an excellent beach.

We stayed for weekend and would stay here again. The hotel was fabulous and fairly clean with an inviting bar. The location was marvellous and fab, at a moderate distance from Butter Cross. You could walk to the main shopping centre and all the major shops.

The staff members were superbly friendly and pleasant. Variety of food for breakfast, which was delicious to satisfy everyone. The hotel was perfectly located, right by the pubs, the sea front and harbor and all the arcades where there is plenty to do and the town centre and set in a calm area. Also, I was at a medium distance from North Bay Promenade. The venue took care of the friendly service. Besides, parking was on the street, that's important for me.
The bathroom was really small, I didn't like it.
